As for patty you need empathy training ma’am

I don't remember the man's name, but he was hilarious and had excellent customer service and communication skills. My grilled chicken wrap was cold, though. Whoever the guy was, he should get a raise. The food quality and wait need improvement. I've never been to this Wendy's and not spent 10-15 minutes waiting, most of the time with nobody in front of me. If these improvements are made, I'd definitely recommend this Wendy's because others typically have good-tasting food.
