  I’m so tired of coming through the drive thru and having to speak to that stupid ai robot over the speaker. the workers here are great and very nice and professional but why would the company decide to implement such a stupid feature? it’s so loud and dystopian and honestly kinda scary.

  Tried the new mini taco salad 👎. No meat that I could find. Lettuce, a few little dice tomatoes, and refried beans in a fried flour shell. I skipped it and just got 3 supreme crunchy tacos!

  On 1-16-26, I went to this Taco Bell with friends, all of us seniors, we were having a nice time talking and sitting in the dining room, when a clean, nicely dressed woman came over to our table and told us she was homeless and that God told her to ask us for free food. I immediately told her God should have told you to go to the counter because we are not in charge of the food. She got very rude and started yelling at me that God was going to judge me someday and on and on, we ignored her then she moved onto another table with two men sitting there and started asking them for free food, when they dismissed her, then she walked over the the restroom hallway, where one of my friends husband was walking out from and persisted on asking him for free food. This went on for sometime before EVERYONE in the dining room got up and started leaving. By this time she was up at the counter and they were giving her free food, I told the employee as we left that that lady made all of your paying customers leave and that she should be doing something about it and she said nothing. There is no reason for me and my friends to spend our hard earned money, on a fixed income, when she can just walk in, HARASS EVERYONE IN THE DINING ROOM FOR FREE FOOD and then get REWARDED for doing this BY THEM GIVING HER FREE FOOD! ugh I took her picture to show Taco Bell who to trespass, if they want to keep their paying customers, if they want a copy of the picture they can contact me. I hope Taco Bell Corporate office reads this review, because until this matter has been addressed and resolved I will not be coming back.
