Thought when you order food on the app you don’t have to pull up and wait on the food. Especially when you give them 10mins in advance… just to be missing half your order. Then you go inside and they look confused wow

Ridiculous, that is what this place is! Placed an order thru mobile ap for breakfast at 10:15am and when we arrived at 10:25am, drive-thru was extremely backed up and so went inside to get order and we were told that our order was canceled due to it's no longer in breakfast hours. The order was placed within breakfast hours & we arrived, parked, and was inside asking for our order by 10:30 (I was watching the clock) so I feel this is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! No apology, no nothing!! Just rude! And I'm probably wasting my time writing this review because McDonald's doesn't really care and this particular location is the worst not to mention my debit card has still been charged on this so called cancelation (?)
