  Thought when you order food on the app you don’t have to pull up and wait on the food. Especially when you give them 10mins in advance… just to be missing half your order. Then you go inside and they look confused wow

  Ridiculous, that is what this place is! Placed an order thru mobile ap for breakfast at 10:15am and when we arrived at 10:25am, drive-thru was extremely backed up and so went inside to get order and we were told that our order was canceled due to it's no longer in breakfast hours. The order was placed within breakfast hours & we arrived, parked, and was inside asking for our order by 10:30 (I was watching the clock) so I feel this is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! No apology, no nothing!! Just rude! And I'm probably wasting my time writing this review because McDonald's doesn't really care and this particular location is the worst not to mention my debit card has still been charged on this so called cancelation (?)

  Food is going down hill fast got a bad apple pie and was supposed have no seasoning on mcdouble called and said my name was down but in fact it wasn't I have had come here and get food made over and over because my simple orders are messed up as of tonight I'm done with this McDonald's can spend my money on no more cold fries and messed up orders !!! I eat out cause my job it's already unhealthy but my money can be spent elsewhere

  There is debit card scamming currently going on there. I gave my debit card for payment and a worker takes it by hand and hands it back with receipt. You should allow customers to insert their on cards because some of your workers can't be trusted. I used my debit card there twice and every time after using it there I couldn't use it anywhere else to make purchases then I receive a text message from my bank asking if I authorized a transaction that I did not authorize. Twice I had to get a new card which is so frustrating because you can't make anymire purchases after something like this. I will neve make another purchase at this Mcdonalds again
