  I am SOOOO happy I placed a mobile order 10 min before I arrived at this location. Just to sit in the drive through an additional 10 min before getting to the window and waiting again once we were at the window. It's fast food. Crappy, expect the least , fast food that essently took 20 min to get. Yes I understand it's silly to complain about how fast my food comes out. Yes I understand staffing or what ever. I'm still going to complain about getting my fast food in the time it would have taken me to stop some where and order something to go from a sit down restaurant. This is a word to people traveling through on a road trip. Skip this location if you are in a hurry.

  So sad they took the Crunchwrap supreme out of the box deal, but other than that this Taco Bell is great. I go here a lot with my friend, staff is always nice. Wish they had people up front more though.

  Looking for quick easy dinner after a 13 hr shift. Location locked inside area hours before closing time. When I knocked the employees just looked at me and shook their head. Drive-thru was not an option. No explanation was given. Unacceptable service.

  Lately I've been saddened by the quality of my food. When you purchase fast food you expect every bite to be the same because it's supposed to be by design. However today I had a bean burrito with red sauce and sour cream. My first bite was all red sauce and the sour cream was at the end. Last week my "crunchy chicken tacos" were not crunchy and actually tough to chew. How lo g had they been sitting there. In addition, the nighttime crew seems to care much less about customer satisfaction than the day crew. Meanwhile, at a taco bell in Gainesville, I have none of these complaints. I do hope they steo up on the quality. Fast food shouldn't mean unedible by definition.

  Its been a l o n g time since I've stopped at "taco bell" . Its going to be a L O N G time before it go back.
