There was a long mess of chocolate melted along the floor (not from just 1 ice cream accident) in front of the counter/register and employees just stepped over it. They take so long at the speaker, understaffed I guess. Coffee is always different everytime it's a hit or miss on being made right (coffee) or theyre always out of something or put way too much ice in my coffee even when i say light ice. Today, I along with others were waiting in line to order and when I pull up to the window there was another car there that wasn't in line. I complained to the window worker that it was bs that they didnt make her get in line. She said she had pre ordered...well I did too and I got in line just like everyone else to let them know I was there. They allow line jumping and acted like it wasn't an issue. Mind you if that had happened at let's say McDonalds...people would flip. A coffee shop is no different. I will start going to Ellianos..even if I have to pay a little more. Chiefland Dunkin is trash. Another thing..its funny they wait until Ellianos opens before they fixed the outside of the building. Have heard from past workers that they dont even clean the coffee machines right, before closing so no wonder the coffee tastes burnt. Im done.
