  Food was average. The staff let a dog into the dining. At best it was an emotional support animal but definitely not a service animal. It’s very easy to tell the difference in the animals demeanor. If it’s pulling on the leash and jumping at people it is not a service animal.

  I love Pei Wei and have been coming for years, however on February 19 I came and ordered takeout and had one of the most disgusting food experiences. I ordered lettuce wraps and an entree, but saved the lettuce wraps for lunch the following day. When I went to heat it up, I found a few dead bugs on my lettuce, and then when I started to take a close look, I found an ALIVE!!!! bug on my lettuce. I really hate to complain because I know people in the service industry work hard and I typically love Pei Wei, but this really ruined my experience and opinion of Pei Wei. I don’t think I will be able to eat here again without the vision of seeing live bugs on my food. I also emailed customer service to let them know about this, and now almost a month and a half later, I never heard anything back. So not only is the food not clean, but the customer service is not helpful. I hate to say it but I do not recommend Pei Wei anymore. Please save your money or spend it elsewhere.

  Pei Wei is always a solid go to when you want fresh, flavorful Asian inspired food without the long wait. The meals are hot, well seasoned, and consistently hit the spot definitely comfort food with a little kick. But what really made the experience stand out was the lady at the counter her name is Marquesha, She was genuinely welcoming, patient, and had such a positive attitude that it instantly lifted the whole vibe. Great customer service like that makes all the difference she turned a quick food run into a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be back!

  I ordered online off the specific gluten free menu and subbed in their tofu after googling if it was gluten free. Instead of reaching out and explaining that the tofu isn’t gluten free, they put it into my gluten free food. I have been throwing up for 2 hours and will be for the rest of the night.
