- LLLissyNov 3, 20251.0This location will not honor coupons or promotions ever. Ordered food online and tried to add the free smoothie promotion. The app did not allow me to add the promotion. When I asked the cashier to order the smoothie, she stated that she cannot unless I order food which I already did through the app. She still refused tho honor the promotion and stated that her manager would get angry if she did. When I asked to speak their manager to see if they had the authority to honor the promotion. She said that the managers were not present. If the location is participating in the promos rooms they should be able to honor them regardless of app issues when a customer comes in to pick up their order.

Service was good, my smoothie was ready when I arrived. I also ordered the homeless man a smoothie as well because of how inexpensive they come out to at this location. Weird thing is that the employee didn't even acknowledge that I ordered one for him, either she's not having a good day, or he comes around very often and they're bothered.
