    The food is amazing, the staff was friendly and polite, very attentive. The manager, Francisco, was welcoming and personable! We had breakfast, definitely recommend the overnight oats and grilled avocado; this is also a dog friendly place with a separate dog menu. Well worth the drive!

    Clive and the manager were amazing! Pizza guy was so good today! We loved the food and the service!!! We had pepperoni and white pizza, pesto pizza, lemon drop shots, spinich and artichoke dip and dessert and they were all so delicious! Atmosphere is so nice and the space is beautiful! Ask Clive to make your drink!

    2nd time staying at the Melia. Great spot to stay before cruising. We decided to have drinks after a long travel day. We were charged full price for a drink during happy hour, charged double for a drink that wasn't on the menu but a simple cocktail and then charged 18 percent gratuity when it isn't even posted on their menu. When brought to the manager and servers attention we were met with rudeness and no apology. Customer service was terrible. Will find a new spot to stay next cruise

    We love the Melia but more importantly we love Lisa. She treats us like family and her customer service is impeccable. Hotels are a reflection of their staff! We’ve been coming consistently for years and always plan to come when Lisa is on shift. She’s the sweetest and most perfect person! My kids and I love her and because of her the Melia is a second home to us!

    Sophia was amazing, she was super friendly and handled our big table like it was nothing. she even asked if we had any food allergies, which honestly no one ever does, and gave us great suggestions. she also gave us some really good ideas on what to try, and everything she recommended was spot on. she kept an eye on everything even replaced our drinks before we finished them, which was super thoughtful. she brought over the dessert and coffee menu too, but we were way too full by then. definitely coming back to try those next time. Zack, the manager, also stopped by to check on us, which was really nice. And as a bonus, they also had a 25% discount for locals, which was such a nice surprise. We live in celebration and go out a lot, but this was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had in a while
