  Very fun location for an event! Sarah and Zach were very attentive and provided excellent service. The atmosphere of the upper room is very classy, and the lower/main restaurant is very trendy. We actually also came for dinner the night before and enjoyed the Margherita pizza and the quinoa hummus bowl! Thanks for having us :)

  The Aguilars visited The Wilson for dinner, twice, and also breakfast. From all these visits, we tried a bunch of options from their menu and enjoyed every meal. We highly recommend the green curry! The Caesar Milanese is also really good. The staff was also really nice. We chatted with Frank and Ireland. We LOVED the coffee at breakfast. Overall, it’s a sweet spot. Music not too loud and there’s a TV by the bar. Check it out, you’d be in good company ;)

  Avoid The Wilson at Meliá Orlando—our experience was one of the worst we’ve had for breakfast in Orlando. Despite the restaurant’s bold claim on its website to serve “the most delicious dishes in Orlando,” what we received was far from that. Poor Quality and Misleading Menu We ordered four dishes, and not one lived up to its description. The French Toast promised a Biscoff crumble but arrived with a generic breakfast cereal topping and sprinkle of biscoff. The avocado smash was served on plain toast instead of the advertised sourdough. The pancakes were dry and had little cream and toppings. Portions were very small, presentation uninspired, and overall quality nowhere near what the menu suggested. Overpriced and Underdelivered With dishes priced between US$16–19, we expected something special. Instead, we received minimal, substandard breakfasts that were absolutely not worth the cost. Service and Billing Issues An automatic 18% gratuity is added to the bill, which feels unjustified given the experience. When we provided feedback about the food, staff initially offered no resolution, just handing over the bill. After spotting an incorrect item on the bill, it required management intervention. The manager eventually offered a 25% discount—but considering one dish was inedible and the others were not made as per the menu, this was far from adequate. Bottom line: Save your money and eat elsewhere. The Wilson markets itself as a destination for exceptional dining, but our experience was the opposite—misleading descriptions, poor execution, high prices, and disappointing service. We will not return and strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant.

  Increíble hotel, como toda la cadena Meliá que conozco mucho. Gracias Fanny por tu amabilidad cada día y siempre regalando una sonrisa a todos los huéspedes. Gracias a Karen por atendernos bien y Nily del Restaurant. Solo constructivamente pienso que Wilson debiese tener en las mañanas un poco de buffet. No ocupe los tickets del desayuno, porque los menús tenían poca variedad, muy poca fruta y mis niños no comían nada de lo que ofrecía las opciones. Digo esto, por que el standard internacional que tiene Meliá Muchas gracias por todo!

  This is my first time having stayed here at Melia Orlando celebration, and having the food here at The Wilson did not disappoint. The breakfast sandwich croissant was incredibly soft, along with the eggs and ham inside. The tater tots were delicious as well, very crispy which I loved. Everyone here is incredibly nice and very attentive when talking to us. Our server Odette is very friendly and I really appreciated her asking if I had any food allergies (since some restaurants do not ask). She was checking on us to ensure that we had everything we needed. The manager Francisco is so kind and helpful as well, even allowing me to use my laptop at the bar since there is an outlet there for me to do my exam for school. I am looking forward to my stay here at the Melia along with the different food choices here for dinner.
