  Quiero reconocer a una empleada increíble en Panera Bread. Su nombre es Tiffany y realmente hizo mi experiencia mucho mejor. Fue muy atenta y me ayudó en español cuando nadie más pudo hacerlo. Me explicó el menú con mucha paciencia y me ofreció toda la información que necesitaba. De verdad, Tiffany es una excelente empleada y merece un reconocimiento (¡y hasta un aumento!). Gracias por brindar un servicio tan excepcional.

  If you have a chance please stop in for the Squash soup. Absolutely delicious. I paired it with a salad and had a wonderful fulfilling lunch.

  Screwed up our drive-through order then refused to assist over the phone. Said I would have to come in the next day. It's incredibly disappointing that Panera's policy is to inconvenience the customer further after their mistake instead of making it right.

  It has been a long time since we visited a Panera's. Since our last visit, Panera's has adopted a McDonald's customer service model of Kiosk ordering instead of real folks. Our orders were delivered hot and quickly. We normally pay cash, but for some reason this restaurant decided money does not work and only credit cards are accepted. As mentioned earlier, our meals were fine, but the use of kiosks and no cash will keep us out permanently. Too many other choices in the area, including a Dunkin Donuts across the parking lot for our next visit in the area.

  My office placed an online order with this Panera and had to cancel the order. From our understanding, they were reimbursing us for the full amount but they were still charging us for a large salad. They were able to also reimburse the delivery fee isn’t it’s not being delivered, which is what they said. We went to go pick it up at the delivery time and we spoke to the manager Elliot and she mentioned there was nothing for us to pick up. So basically the large salad went to waste and we were being charged for their food waste. Since the salads are only good for “30 minutes” it had to go to waste. There was nothing they could do for us additionally and she stated for any additional food she would have to charge us. So if this was all explained over the phone we would have never cancelled our order. She also mentioned she would ask the catering manager to speak to me. So we stood around like an idiot wondering what’s happening. Apparently who ever was supposed to talk to us was just “too busy” to speak to me. Just “too busy with orders” to say a word to me. We left after that. Never ordering from them again.
