  If you like visiting the Arctic, take a visit to this restaurant. I wish I was joking but the family next to us all had sweaters and blankets while dining. It was so cold it was uncomfortable to dine here. Our food was cold within 4 minutes after it touched our table because it was so cold. We asked for a special holiday cocktail and they were out of the syrup for it, no big deal. Then we ordered food and they were out of the entree we wanted (chicken cannoli), then we tried to order espresso after dinner to warm up and they were also out of the beans.

  I don't want to offend anyone, but it's not difficult to cook delicious pasta. But for some reason the cook here doesn't know how to cook pasta.

  Have not been to this chain in quite some time as they have closed the location that was near me, but stopped in to the one in Orlando. I must say that the food was not as good as it use to be. Minestrone soup came out looking like a tomato stew and it was cold. Portion size was still good amount of food. Ambiance was still the same which is similar to being in an Italian home on a Sunday. As restaurant chains go, it still delivers a decent value but management needs to be on top of the product coming out of the kitchen especially in this area where there are literally hundreds of choices available. Shame, because I had fond memories of dining at this chain on multiple occasions when the food quality and service were always top notch.

  Came in with a large group of people, and it was amazing the food the atmosphere the service were top-tier Barry, Audrey and Amanda were the best. They were so nice and attentive!

  Mixed experience at Buca di Beppo, but a happy ending thanks to Audry I visited Buca di Beppo on October 27th, 2025 to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:00 pm, and no one informed us that the restaurant closed at 9:30 pm — an important detail for any customer, especially on a special occasion. Our server, Amanda, never mentioned that the dishes were family-sized or explained the menu. While we were still eating, the staff started cleaning and vacuuming the dining area, which was extremely uncomfortable. The food was just average — the pasta lacked sauce, and the calamari portion was quite small. They brought the check without us asking, and then everyone disappeared. However, on November 1st, 2025, I decided to give the restaurant another chance, and the difference was huge. This time we were helped by Audry, who was kind, professional, fast, and very attentive. She clearly explained the menu and portion sizes, and thanks to her, we enjoyed a great meal and a pleasant evening. ✨ Thanks to Audry, Buca di Beppo regained my trust. I hope all employees follow her example, because she truly shows how great service can completely change the dining experience. Llegamos alrededor de las 9:00 pm y nadie nos informó que el restaurante cerraba a las 9:30 pm, un detalle importante para cualquier cliente, especialmente en una ocasión especial. Nuestra mesonera, Amanda, nunca mencionó que los platos eran tamaño familiar ni explicó el menú. Mientras aún comíamos, el personal comenzó a limpiar y pasar la aspiradora en el área del comedor, lo cual fue muy incómodo. La comida fue regular: la pasta tenía poca salsa y la porción de calamares era pequeña. Nos trajeron la cuenta sin pedirla y luego todos desaparecieron. Sin embargo, el 1 de noviembre de 2025 decidí darle otra oportunidad al restaurante y la diferencia fue enorme. Esta vez nos atendió Audry, quien fue amable, profesional, rápida y muy atenta. Nos explicó claramente el menú y los tamaños de las porciones, y gracias a ella pudimos disfrutar de una excelente comida y un momento agradable. ✨ Gracias a Audry, Buca di Beppo recuperó mi confianza. Ojalá todos los empleados sigan su ejemplo, porque demuestra que un buen servicio puede transformar por completo la experiencia. The day I visited the restaurant was my birthday, and that’s exactly why I chose Buca di Beppo — I wanted a special night to celebrate. Unfortunately, the service and lack of information from the staff completely ruined that important moment for me. No one informed us that the restaurant was about to close, the menu and portion sizes were never explained, and the dishes served that night were nothing like the ones I received when I came back days later. I truly appreciate Audry’s kindness and professionalism during my second visit — she made a huge difference — but my first experience was very disappointing, and that should never happen, especially when a guest is celebrating such a special occasion.
