We dined at this restaurant February 27.
Interactions were strange immediately. The restaurant was not full, at all. My wife checked in at the front desk and they said it was going to be about a half an hour. She said she was going to grab a seat at the bar, as there was only one person at the bar at that time. The person at the front desk said, the bar will not serve people that are in waiting. I walked in and went to the bar. Anyway, I figured I’d get our drinks and bring them back to the area where we can stand and wait, instead of sitting, at the empty bar.
Not even 30 seconds after I had made an order for the both of us, my wife said our table was ready. Obviously, I was astonished by this, as they had Stated a 30 minute wait in a half full restaurant At 6:30 on a Friday.
The food was OK, it’s not fresh pasta. I expected that the shrimp were cooked nice, as we had had the shrimp linguine.
The waiter was OK, I think we were seated in a weird area and he didn’t come around that often.
If that’s policy for them, the situation with waiting and not going to the bar, I guess I get it… Common sense probably could’ve taken it over there. Whatever, I’m not gonna be back because it’s simply not a good value.

I just want to say, "Thank You!!" The wonderful staff and the amazing people working so hard to make this experience the best it possibly can be. I want to congradulate Sebastian on how he manages the restaurant and the cheffs for making the food display so enticing and cooking it to profection. The food taste even better than it looks. I am just in disbelief on how great this was. We will definately be back as a family as soon as possible. My kids are already asking for the same food now for dinner.
Thank you.
From my family to yours.

We visit here multiple times a year, we drive down from Jacksonville. One of our favorite places to visit. We arrived at 11 am Saturday morning. No wait. We sat down quickly. We ordered the lasagna bundle, mozzarella sticks, and the kids spaghetti for my daughter. Mozzarella sticks and salad came out, then my daughter’s spaghetti. Shortly after we got bread then there was about 10 minutes before the lasagna came out. It was the heart shaped lasagna because it was Valentine’s Day. We cut into it and it was burnt. Not just a little toasted, black burnt. We showed our waiter and he took it back to kitchen and was going to get us another one. No problem, things happen. We waited for a little while he came back with a new lasagna it was also burnt. Not as bad as the first one but you definitely couldn’t eat the bottom layer. The waiter had the chef come out, we showed him the problem. His response was he could try to find us a fresher one. Not sure what that meant but we decided we didn’t want another one. He didn’t offer us anything else in place of the lasagna. It was very disappointing. I hate that I didn’t take pictures. I don’t do a lot of reviews but very disappointed in the food and how it was handled. We have never had anything but amazing experiences here.
