  Did a big order ahead on the app a 4/05, but when we parked and went inside to pick up we were missing a few sandwiches. Went back in to pick up what we were missing but the cashier was annoyed and we waited another half hour only to be handed cold sandwichs with no apology. They don't seem to care about walk in customs or food quality. Don't go here.

  A hot mess of a Dunkin and I’ve been to countless all over the country . Be prepared to wait a very long time 20-40 minutes for a sandwich and coffee .

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’. Every time I go inside, the focus seems to be entirely on the drive-thru while customers waiting in line are ignored. During my most recent visit which was this morning, I waited about 8 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or anyone else in line and I wasn’t even first, so others had clearly been waiting longer. I eventually had to leave without ordering. Considering this location is busy and close to a hospital, better staffing and attention to in-store customers is definitely needed. Both drive-thru and walk-in customers deserve timely service. I hope management takes steps to improve this.

  Visiting from out of town. Originally went to ihop. They had a 40 minute wait. Went to dunkin instead. Sat in the drive thru for close to an hour. Couldn't leave because we were stuck in between cars in line. 2 employees came out the back door, walked to the parking lot. Were hanging outside in the parking lot for about 20 mins. (Maybe break time) it seemed they were taking one cars order at a time, and waiting until they gave the people theor order at the window before even taking the person's order at the drive thru speaker kiosk. Its ridiculous.

  I had to take a moment to leave this review because the level of professionalism I witnessed today was truly impressive. Ryan was working completely by himself, handling both the front and the drive-thru, and still managed to stay calm, respectful, and attentive to every customer. He acknowledged everyone who walked in, communicated clearly, and apologized for the wait while explaining the situation. Despite being under a lot of pressure and even mentioning he was covering a very long shift, he never rushed or cut corners. Every order was handled with care and patience. What stood out the most was his attitude. He remained kind, composed, and focused the entire time, which is not easy in that kind of environment. It’s rare to see someone maintain that level of work ethic and professionalism, especially while working alone. I do want to mention that during this time, there appeared to be another employee in the back who was focused on cleaning and did not step in to assist, even as the line continued to grow. Additional teamwork in that moment could have made a big difference in reducing wait times and supporting both the staff and customers. That said, Ryan handled the situation exceptionally well and truly deserves recognition for his dedication and service. 5 ⭐️ to Ryan, 1 ⭐️ to the guy in the back for his lack of team work and customer service.
