I have a milk allergy and they were not accommodating whatsoever when we tried to order the big family meal, asking to remove cheese and anything that contains cheese. They said they could not modify the meal. We left right away.

My family had a great time in this restaurant, my baby enjoyed a cheese pizza, my husband ates a delicious pasta bologna and i ordered a chicken carbonara, everitjing was good, but the best part of this experience was the attention Meghan was a respectfully and lovely waitress. She understood what we want and what we need. Definetily we will be back.

Terrible experience. We found a fly on the food, and the whipped cream was expired. The manager didn't present themselves to explain anything or even apologize, only the server actually said something, however with the whipped cream he said that the people in the kitchen found it wasn't bad. I don't recommend the place, and will never came back.

Poor service and awkward atmosphere; not for solo travelers.
As a business traveler, I was disappointed by my experience here. The bar area was entirely empty yet unkempt, with dirty dish rags left on the counter. Despite the lack of crowds, it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and 15 minutes to get a glass of wine. When the bartender finally returned, he asked if I wanted the check before I had even seen a menu.
The pricing is steep ($33 for lasagna) because portions are "family style," which isn't ideal for someone dining alone. After waiting 35 minutes at a dirty counter without silverware, I decided to cancel my order and leave. The service was so chaotic that I witnessed another couple leave in frustration, and one guest actually walked behind the bar to process her own payment and grab to-go boxes because no staff was available. I won’t be returning.

Food is expensive. Got their chicken limone and it came with 3 small pieces of chicken. That it. No spaghetti or side dish. Was $37 for 3 pieces of dry chicken. Asked about the spaghetti as a side like the picture shows and was told that's only for the lunch menu. Told me they can get me spaghetti so I said yes. What I didn't expect was to be charged another $28 for lemon buttered spaghetti. I did complain about that to the manager. After going back and forth, I told her I will be disputing it to my charge company. She offered a discount and I asked how much. She took off 10%.. would have preferred she take off the $28 but accepted. Food was ok. Even my kids spaghetti and meatballs was alittle dry and bland. Could have used more sauce. Other kids dishes was the same issue. Not enough sauce and bland.
