My husband and I sat in the dining room after placing a take order on 4/15 at 7:32 pmand heard multiple curse words out loud by several employees which is fine I get the frustration of working in fast food but what is not fine is a male and female employee stating more then once that they "hate white people" I don't think they knew customers were in the lobby but I don't think we will be returning to this location due to not feeling welcomed by staff.... I really hope our food wasn't spit in....

I'm highly disappointed in Taco Bell right now and I usually love that place. First I pulled up to the drive-thru to order the empanadas and I was very excited that they had come back but found out that they were out of them. That wasn't anyone's fault. Then I tried to order one of the box cravings meals and one of the items you select for it they also didn't have and I start to get irritated. Still wasn't blaming anyone though. So because everything kind of changed for my menu items I needed a minute. I was asked to leave the drive-thru even though there was no one behind me and it was very very late and very dead. I go to park and place my order on the app and it tells me the location is closed. I would have been able to order on the app if I hadn't been given so much grief at the window I would have made that time slot for ordering on the app. So I go back to the drive-thru and I tried to order what I'm getting and they said I have to use the app to order that. So now I'm really irritated. I ended up just quickly ordering something because I felt pressured God forbid I hold up a line of imaginary traffic. When I got to the window to pay I said I'd actually like to add a couple things to my order because all of this kind of threw me off. I was told I had to go back to the drive-thru again if I wanted to place another order. Then when I got my food the nachos were spilled in the bag and my stacker was falling apart when normally they're pretty held together. I normally don't complain because I work in customer service but although there were things that the staff couldn't help their attitude about everything was just crummy and made it all worse. There was no compromise and there was no empathy for the situation I was facing. Not to mention I had the most terrible day and I know you could tell so there should have been a little bit more emphasis on breaking the news to me gently that everything I'm trying to do there is problematic. I don't want to name anyone because I don't want anyone to lose their job but I think that they should review this review and work on some sensitivity training there and possibly do something about their menu items because those empanadas being on the screen are a tease. I know from a friend that those empanadas are really difficult to make and I feel like they really did have them and they just didn't want to make them that's the kind of attitude they were portraying that night anyways. I will be utilizing my receipt and contacting corporate about this because I want compensation and I am not the type of person to do this I'm not the squeaky wheel. But there are times where humanity is necessary and it doesn't matter what you can and can't do with your job it matters how you deliver and communicate to a customer. Even a minor furrow of the eyebrow or the elementary phrase I'm sorry goes a long way when you can't provide a customer service that you should be able to. I know this because all day I cannot give the answers to people that they want to hear sometimes there's nothing I can do. But never have I ever made things worse on top of that by lacking empathy and just being plain rude.

This was unpleasant but I can't blame the employees. The drive thru intercom was not working properly causing discomfort with staff probably due to ineffective repairs. We were forced to go in and were treated nicely. I'll give it another try then attempt a new update - hopefully a redeeming 5-star!

Do not go here at night if you use cash. They look at you stupid when you try to hand them a 50 dollar bill. They tell you they don't have change. Like come on my total was 34 dollars. My change back would have been 15 bucks. I watched 3 cars in front of me. They literally told me that 50 was too big of a bill and they couldn't break it. Lol I didn't need them to break it. I needed to buy my food and get on my way. It wasn't that much change back. I would understand if I had a 100 but a 50. Chick just stood there dumb founded scratching her head. like I didn't speak American.

Go here almost daily (unhealthy, i know), but the service is fast and my order has yet to be wrong. I do have some gripes with the outside flatbread of the Gordita being stale half the time, but that's the case with every taco bell. Writing mainly to mention the wonderful lady at the drive-thru this morning. Great energy, and had me wanting to come back again. I left in a great mood. Very rare I enjoy random social interactions.
