  My order was made online it’s said 19 minutes I left @9:08 arrived around 9:15 my son walked in waits a few minutes nobody comes to talk to him I come in after I’m being ignored by the manger nobody came to talk to me this was about 20 minutes after he came out the first time ignored everybody second time I said sir louder as he looked at my face and walked off he got upset and flung a pizza pan against the wall mind you my sone and daughter are waiting for me in the car I said why are you acting like this you want to fight me or something? He then started walking back and forth just looking at me mind you still hasn’t asked me what I need help with this young lady who came helped me was very nice while he is yelling at me she kept apologizing for him and checked on my order while he is screaming at me ranting on about my behavior and I asked for a manager I said your the manger he said no the young lady told me he was I asked to speak to a manger he stayed silent the young lady came out gave me my food apologize again to me for his bad attitude honestly promote that girl she was the only one who helped and was kind and mindful of us this man is crazy and is a liability I’m glad my kids stayed in the car and didn’t see that behavior lose that manger or a I promise you will lose more customers look at the reviews he treats everybody the same .

  I placed an order at 7:18 to be ready by 7:38pm. When I went to pick up the order I waited 25mins past the time it was supposed to be ready.. Then I find out the order was ready the WHOLE time! I asked for my order 3 times in the 25min span. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Now I'm eating cold pizza and hard breadsticks. Thanks for nothing.

  Absolutely terrible customer service and management. I placed an order on the app and called within 5 minutes to switch the crust from hand-tossed to pan, offering to pay the difference. The first employee I spoke to was polite, but the person acting as a manager who took over the call was incredibly rude, made excuses, and argued with me to just keep the incorrect order. When I finally asked to cancel instead, he literally said "OK" and hung up on me. When my wife arrived at the store to sort it out in person, she dealt with Manager Eric. Eric was completely unapologetic, unfriendly, and constantly defended his rude employee. He even contradicted the guy on the phone by claiming they had "no problem" remaking it. The absolute kicker? Eric explicitly stated he didn't care if we filed a corporate complaint. We eventually got our cancellation receipt, but the blatant disrespect, the hang-up, and the total lack of accountability from the management here is mind-boggling. Save yourself the headache and get pizza somewhere else.

  I’ve been ordering from Pizza Hut in Casselberry for a while now, and the service is always outstanding. I especially want to thank Eric for consistently going above and beyond. Every time I place an order, he makes sure everything is exactly right and never misses a single detail. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in making sure customers are taken care of. My orders are always correct, the food is hot, and it’s incredibly fast every time. Eric’s attention to detail and dedication to great service really make a difference. Huge thank you to Eric and the team for always delivering a great experience!

  Placed an order for a Hut Box and roasted garlic breadsticks. Had to wait 30 minutes because they either never made my order or they gave it to someone else. The whole time I am just told “we’re making your breadsticks” like they apparently have to be made in Mount Vesuvius and be hand-delivered to the store via Apollo’s Golden Chariot. Finally received my order with the most half hearted “sorry” they could muster. Completely ruined any future chances of ordering food from this place again.
