  Such a sad story. Upon arrival my wife and I had to dodge an exploded sauce cup at the front entry. Before we ordered I let the staff member, named China know about this mess. You can see from the picture it's not just disgusting but also a trip hazard. China replied with "I'm not going to get that but don't tell anyone." I grew up a half mile from this Wendy's so it saddens my heart to see my hometown be so immensely disrespected.

  15 minute wait to place an order in the lobby and there's no line. I just left and went to Chick-fil-A. Placed my order and got my in the same amount if time.

  I just want to compliment the crew member who was at the pick up window, Sydney, for her amazing customer service. My car got hit by the car behind me while waiting for my food in the drive thru lane and Sydney went above and beyond making sure I was ok, calming me down when anxiety got the better of me, and just overall having great energy that made the whole altercation a lot better than it would have been otherwise. Thank you so much to Sydney for making a crappy situation somehow end with a smile! It was much appreciated and will not be forgotten ☺️

  Edit: while the below review stands I have to say- whoever works in the afternoons after breakfast probably needs to find a new job. I promise you you're not going to get commissions from French's for using so much freaking mustard. The burger is DROWNING in mustard. Plus the fries are cold and soggy -------------- I use doordash very frequently for this location. Whoever works weekday mornings needs a raise. Breakfast is ALWAYS on point. On time. Hot and delish (potato wedges have their days) but whoever comes in later and handles fries around noon or two pm and weekdays, needs to be replaced. Never are my fries remotely fresh and burgers are often over dry from the patties sitting too long.
