Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and not only did it have no beans, but it had meat instead, and barely any. It was so small and made wrong. Ate it anyway because I was hungry and didn’t want to complain. Also, why are potatoes offered as an extra but the spicy potato soft taco isn’t an option; that’s literally all I came here for. Staff was friendly… but overall pretty disappointed

We can all be kinder and better Brothers and Sisters to one another. Just because we deal with so many greedy rude angry people in Florida and Orlando, FL we can be accommodating and kind to one another as well as taking care of our paying customers. Be like Jesus and have wonderful customer service. We are all God's Children.

This was the 4th time, between this location and the one on University. I get that it’s fast food and expected every now and then, but every single time is ridiculous and clearly Taco Bell doesn’t have proper training and standards.
