Absolutely terrible service. 3 employees were working in the kitchen....not a single person bothered to come to the front. Train your workers in etiquette and customer service.!

I placed a delivery order through the Pizza Hut website, which directed me to the 130 N Winter Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707 location. I paid a delivery fee and waited an hour, only to be told when I called that the delay was “my problem” and that nothing could be done. When I questioned how this was possible since the Pizza Hut website sent me to this store, the gentleman on the phone hung up on me.
When I called back to ask for his name, he put me on hold for 15 minutes and then stopped answering entirely. If someone is bold enough to hang up on a customer, they should be just as willing to give their name or resolve the issue.
I thought all calls were recorded—I truly hope these calls are reviewed. I am still waiting for a call back from corporate about this experience. This is unacceptable customer service and needs attention from management and corporate immediately.
