Today I stood in line for about seven minutes just to place an order. Even though employees were moving all around me, no one acknowledged me or even said hello. The staff appeared very focused on processing orders, especially for the drive-through, while in-store customers seemed overlooked. After placing my order, I tried to find a table to sit at, but every table in the dining area was dirty and covered with crumbs. There was also trash left behind on multiple tables, which made it difficult to enjoy eating there. I’ve tried to make this a lunch stop at least twice a week, but I’m now reconsidering whether I’ll continue coming here at all. This feels like a management issue more than anything. When awareness and attention slip, small things start to pile up. This is actually a great location, and with proper management these problems could be fixed quickly. It’s rarely the big things that hurt a restaurant. More often it’s basic customer service and cleanliness that make or break the experience.
