They gave me a regular iced coffee and both donuts were place frosting down so it came off the donut onto the bag. The MANAGER lied to my face and told me that the drink they gave me was a cookie butter latte but when I tasted it it was a regular iced coffee and they CHARGED ME FOR A COOKIE BUTTER LATTE. It’s not the first bad experience with this terrible place. I won’t be going back there ever again and I hope the rest of you people see my post and don’t go there so they have to shut down and hopefully put something good there. Awful people awful experience. Lied right to my face. Ridiculous.
