  I went in with an issue that may or may not have been my fault and was assisted by Amber and CJ (manager). They were both kind, courteous, and professional and the food was great and HOT. I hope they make it very far in their endeavors. Thanks guys!

  We are enjoying BWW a lot more nowadays. In the past, BWW would take forever to get you your food. Things are much faster now, which is good as we would rarely go because it took so long. So at this point, I would recommend going to BWW when you can.

  The food is always on point, atmosphere great, but my waiter was not very good. Didn't get one refill on my drink, waiting for him was excruciating. Waited to get containers for our food to take home, took a long time.

  Terrible place. I've had too many bad experiences here. On a previous order I went late at night and it seemed like the employees had been drinking. I got a chicken sandwich to go and the chicken was raw and it was supposed to come with slaw but it had almost none. And when I came back to get my compensation, which the manager offered me, he gave me an attitude instead. Now on my most recent takeout order, I got the beer cheese cheese steak sandwich with a side of chili lime slaw. In the picture on their website the sandwich looks fairly large but when I actually got it the whole thing fit inside a hamburger clamshell. They just cut it in half to put it in the clamshell. So that means the sandwich was only 8 or 9 inches long. It was also supposed to come with green onions which they forgot to add. And the cup of slaw was only filled halfway! They charged me over $16 for this feast. It just feels like they just don't care.
