    Today I decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings another chance at the Casselberry location. Nice people, horrible food 🤢 when I received my food I noticed a strong smoke smell coming from my bag. I ordered the cheeseburger kids meal with an order of lemon pepper flavor wings which smelled and tasted like smoke possibly cooked in old grease, extremely dry no flavor just disappointing, the burger didn't have any seasoning or flavor what so ever. Prior to ordering I requested that my food be cooked fresh to order, I even added that I don't mind waiting.. When I drove off I decided to taste the fries and they were cold and stale. I turned back around then they made me fresh fries. There is a strong noticeable odor that may be coming from the carpet, it hits your nose as soon as you walk in. Overall very disappointing experience aside from the kindness of the manager and the staff.

    I ordered through Uber Eats, and while delivery itself was fine, the food quality from Buffalo Wild Wings was very disappointing. Fries: The container wasn’t even full, and what was there was cold and stale. Mac & Cheese: Looked scraped from the bottom of a pan, cold, and definitely not creamy. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Looked and tasted like a frozen patty. The lettuce was wilted and old, and the sandwich was poorly put together. On top of that, there’s no option to add basics like cheese or pickles. The photo on the menu didn’t match what I received at all. Overall, the food did not look appetizing, wasn’t served hot, and didn’t taste fresh. For the price, I expected much better quality.
