They also don't make your coffee right. I visit a lot of Dunkin Donuts stores for my iced coffee, usually stopping either in Altamonte or Orlando. The one in Casselberry is on my way home, so I figured I'd stop and grab one on my way. This is how my coffee was handed to me. The cup isn't even full. Also to clarify, it's plain iced coffee. I didn't order a macchiato or anything that has a specific build to it. I understand that when you order an espresso drink the volume will be adjusted if you do light ice or light cream or extra cream etc. But I ordered a large iced coffee, extra cream, extra caramel, light ice. The volume has never been adjusted any of the 5,000 previous times that I have purchased this exact drink.
