  they have such good customer service here and the food is made so quickly . they have a great environment in there and were very helpful with the menu

  We went through the drive thru. Order was made correctly and tasted great. Our order was two cheesesteaks and some fries. would definitely recommend. As people who used to travel to Philadelphia we are always on the lookout for a good cheesesteak. For a chain they were not bad at all.

  I Love Charley’s cheesesteaks. When this location opened near my house, I was convinced that I was going to be their most consistent customer. The service here can be hit or miss. Same goes with food preparation sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s just OK, and sometimes it’s terrible. Today, March 24, 2026. I received terrible customer service and terrible food. I placed my order through the app so I could just come pick it up as take Away. I placed my order around 7:35PM and arrived at 7:55 PM. As I walk to the door I can see my order ready sitting on the counter. I can see my name on the receipt. I go to open the door and it is locked even though the hours of operation say they are open. I try to get their attention from the window they see me and ignore me. The employees name tag was completely blank. So I go to the drive-through speaker and explain the situation because there are multiple cars in line and my order is already ready sitting on the counter. They tell me that I will have to wait in the line for my order, even though it’s already ready and they still need to cook everyone’s food in front of me. When I received my food, it was ice cold and disgusting. I am not sure if the staff was having issues so they had to lock the doors early or if this was just a case of laziness either way, I will think twice before coming back to this location. What a total waste of almost $40 for 2 sandwiches and fries. If owners see my review and want to know my order number, It was 42535311888990214. I’d love a refund if possible. I inquired about one at the window and they told me to come back when a manager is present and closed the window in my face. I wish I could’ve given you his name but like I said, he had a blank name tag on.
