- TCTammy CorleyAug 28, 20251.0I placed a online order at this location. I provided my phone number as required on the order. I waited my 25 minutes to go pick the order up. (Did not receive a phone call.) Only to be told upon arriving that some of my items I ordered were unavailable. According to the employee working, the previous shift did not do the prep that they were required, therefore, she was missing items that were showing available for online sales. She stated to me that she did not know how to refund my CC for the items missing and offered to make something for the same amount of cost. I did not need anything else so there was nothing else she could prepare for me to make this correct. So I asked her please for the refund, which she stated she did not know how to do. She then had to call the manager to come from home. Then I'm told that I should wait for the manager to arrive. While waiting my hot food is getting cold. So I politely ask her to ask the manager to refund the total amount to my credit card and I left the location without any food. Not sure if I will return to this location.
