They also screwed up my sauces, gave me the wrong ones even though I asked twice. The chicken piece was super small, sides were tiny, and for $28 I barely got enough for one person. Ridiculous prices now. Worst part: asked the girl at the front how much my total was (screen was confusing) and she gave me major attitude—eye roll, big sigh, snapped the number like I was annoying her. Zero customer service. Pollo Tropical used to be solid. Not anymore. Won’t go back. Also don’t come here if you plan on ordering past 5 PM. Garbage franchise.
