  It's really disappointing when you speak to 2 team members and they just say it'll be ready in a minute, not even checking the pizza that was in the warmer. I'd say about 5 customers came in and got their food before me. The lack of communication with the staff is not what I expect from Pizza Hut. I came a little after the time the app suggested I arrive.

  Great experience at this Pizza Hut!! Garnet was absolutely killing it, making the pizzas and taking care of the lunch rush like it was no big deal. Food was hot and ready and the order was correct. They've got good, hardworking people here, and I will continue to order from this Pizza Hut and give my money to this establishment.

  They seemed to be having a dinner rush, when I walked in to order. Was greeted swiftly and promptly gave my order. Was told 25 minutes or so, turned out it was ready in less than 20. Everyone looked like they were on top of things 2 thumb’s up.

  I had such a great experience thanks to Erica at Pizza Hut! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made the whole ordering process smooth and easy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Erica went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really showed. My order came out exactly right, fresh, and delicious. It’s not often you come across someone who brings that level of positivity and professionalism to their job, but Erica definitely does. She made the visit enjoyable from start to finish, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does. Big thank you to Erica for making my day a little better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Today was my first time at this location. 2 minutes after I walked out the store, my pizza fell on the ground and I called immediately to notify them what happened. I thought they would have been kind enough to simply replace the $10 pizza but apparently this Pizza Hut is so broke that they had to charge me $10 for another pizza. This is just great customer service… the type that keeps customers coming back. Think of the impression it would have made on me as first time customer, if my mishap was treated differently. I would have told all my friends about what happened and we would have come back, but we won’t.
