  I’m honestly getting really frustrated with this Papa Johns location. It started off great when they first opened consistent, good quality, you could tell there was care behind what they were putting out. But now? It’s like that completely disappeared. The last few times I’ve ordered, the pizzas have been sloppy and inconsistent. Way too much sauce to the point where the slices literally fall apart, and half the time they’re undercooked. It just feels rushed and careless. What really gets me is how it’s handled. Instead of actually refunding customers when the product isn’t right, you’re pushed into taking store credit which just forces you to come back and hope it’s better next time. That’s not a solution when the issue keeps happening. And on top of that, being prompted for high tips when the quality is dropping like this just doesn’t sit right. I don’t understand how a place can start off so strong and then fall off this badly, but based on the other reviews, it’s clearly not just me. I’ve given this location more chances than I should have, but this was the last one.

  This did not seem like a pan pizza and we asked for well done and it was under done. All the green peppers were on one piece.

  Haven't had Papa John's in forever. Ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese sticks. Very bland. Not much taste. Not knocking the place itself, but the product. Very disappointing. Most likely won't be going back anymore. I find Domino's MUCH better.

  Recently opened, been there about 5 times, pizza is always great and the staff is always friendly!
