I was the only one inside the store and I felt invisible for a good 30 minutes while they were helping all the drive-thru order customers. And I have to say it is the filthiest Wendy's I have ever seen in my life. The ladies restroom was dirty, toilet paper holder was hanging on the wall by one screw. It was very disappointing. I always enjoyed going into a Wendy's because they claim they're so fresh, maybe fresh but they're not clean. I think the Board of Health needs to make a tour of the place and get it up to Wendy's true standards.

The environment felt hostile, the employees had a very poor attitude, and the place was dirty and poorly maintained. As a customer, I do not deserve to be treated that way.
