  I walked up to the counter at this restaurant because their kiosk wasn't working and the cranky manager woman yelled at me to go use the kiosk. So I just left the building and went next door to dairy Queen. I will never eat at Wendy's again.

  We pulled up and saw three employees outside smoking, then they ran inside laughing. Whatever I didn’t care, so I ordered my food. Then I noticed cups on the floor, and while I was looking at them, they picked them up and put them back on the stack that’s supposed to be clean. Of course, I called them out, and they just said, “Whatever, I’ll take them out.” Yeah, okay you’re taking those off, but what else do you do when people aren’t looking? This is a food establishment; it should go without saying that they need to take certain precautions when serving people food. Someone really needs to look into the place and conduct some sort of inspection.

  Bought 6 burgers and fries, it was around 10pm it was slow in the drive-through And I still had to wait about 10 minutes for my food and when I got everything, it was cold. All the burgers were cold and so were the fries. Bad service. I usually never have a problem at this location.

  Had to make my own order and pick it up..... paying for fast food and having to do everything but cook my own food is crazy. Fries were cold burgers were cold nuggets were reheated too many times. Fryers were going nuts like it was way past time to take them up the whole time i tried to eat . Will not be comkng back again
