It is honestly disgusting watching her operate. She has this incredibly rude, nasty mannerism about her—always "straight-forward" but in an aggressive, disrespectful way. She constantly talks over me while I’m ordering and ignores me completely when I say "thank you." It’s so disappointing to see someone in charge treat customers and her own staff with such disrespect. Sergey, the manager who worked under her, was the best part of this team. He always made my day better and actually knew how to treat people. I’m not sure where he went, but with him gone, there is no one left to buffer her terrible attitude. She needs to learn some basic respect.

The server -the man Latin one, preparing my order seemed rushed from the start and ended up making mistakes with my meal because he was more focused on the customer behind me than on completing my order correctly. He also had a noticeably unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. To make things worse, he took a phone call in the middle of serving me and completely stopped working on my order, leaving me waiting without any explanation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it so other customers don’t go through the same experience.
