The lady who took our ordered didn't speak English and was rude to my husband. He was going to fill his cup with tea and we were going to pay for it and she yells across the room while taking g my order "EXUSE ME, EXCUSE ME, DONT DO THAT." We will never be going to that location ever again.

We found a piece of plastic in our food and when we told the very rude lady that made our plate, she gave us half the food of plate in a small bowl, because of course we already ate a few bites. She also said told me that when I opened the fork a piece “flew” in the plate, so it was our fault. That is impossible. Very bad service! Very rude. And the food was all cold. Never going back.

I have always been a fan of Qdoba's, I went into this location yesterday 537 SW Pine Island RD Cape Coral FL 33991 and asked for a Burrito, as I normally do, as the lady was finishing up my Burrito I notice she only put very little sauce on my Burrito so I asked to have a drop more of sauce and was told it would be an extra $3.00 / $5.00 depending on which sauce you want, I said just a DROP more of the same one you just put on and was told it is $3.00 extra, the lady said that the owner is the one who makes the rules and she has to go by the owners rules and that if everyone only wants a DROP more of sauce than they would end up losing money...........This to me is ridiculous and explained there are plenty of other locations I can go to order a Burrito and not pay for a DROP or a CUP more of sauce. I don't know if owners changed at this location or this is something new for the New Year but this is unbelievable. She said " I perfectly understand if you don't come back anymore" WoW really we will see who wins in the long run after saving your precious sauce. I do not believe customers will put up with your price GOUGING! certainly I will not............All this to get a DROP more of sauce! Enjoy the way you run your business. I will be spreading the word to my family, friends and colleagues.

The food of that place is very fresh, however the attention of the lady who wears glasses I imagine that she is in charge of the place on the occasions that I have been there always has a very bad attitude towards the customer and the employees. In the afternoon is the time I usually go there are always many online orders which delays the service a little.
What really caught my attention was how the lady mistreated and yelled at another older employee and a Latin girl who were working last week. She should be more empathetic with her employees, in the end it is a job that does not pay well for everything they do.
