- VSVanessa SilvaJan 4, 20261.0RUDE EMPLOYEES I went there on Jan 3rd at 4pm and ordered tostones with beef and they gave me 3 tostones with a little tiny bit of meat and a load of peppers, I mean it was ridiculous .I always order this platter and never had that issue, I tell the manager that's there a short blonde girl that has the worst attitude and she brings me a spoon to show me how much is supposed to be on it, she was quick to argue, instead of making things right as they didn't put the correct amount as I always order this item instead of remaking it the right away she was happy to return my money so I went to another location where they made it the right way! It was further but worth it, the employees at this location are the worst

Got there and went to the counter. There was one other person in front of me who got service right away. I stepped up when it was my turn, and the lady working the orders had the worst look on her face and didn’t even look at me. Stood there for ten minutes while she gave other customers their order, never looking directly at me. It’s like I wasn’t even there. Finally someone from the other side of the counter came over to help me. It took that person about ten seconds to find my order and give it to me.
