    Ordered delivery. Salad was soggy and wet. Couldn’t eat at all 🤮 plus they forgot part of the order. Panera never fails to disappoint.

    The food quality has really gone down here. No care when making the food; it looks a mess… and the Mac and cheese keeps getting served cold. I don’t like to write bad reviews but it needs to be said because this is no longer a one off Thank you.

    Food was great but the service I received on 10/5 was awful. Girl preparing food behind counter was very rude and displeasing. I come here all the time and the service is usually great. Today was AWFUL. I am disappointed.

    For lunch I ordered a turkey cheddar sandwich with French onion and somehow my French onion came with the croutons separate no cheese on it and pretty much just broth
