If you want to get a different type of pastry, try warm just made buñuelos really early morning, or pandebonos their sweet cheese taste melts in your mouth evoking another time, another epoch, things taste fresh, it brings you into a childhood memory of the first time you tasted a pastry that was absolutely out if this world, it is just different almost vintage and yet fresh is like you are steeping into another reality, once you taste one of this, you can not stop going every saturday or sunday when you just dont feel like cooking and if you go straight home make some hot cocoa and dip a piece of buñuelo or pandebono you will never go back to the simple breakfast, Colombians add a soft fresh cheese to cocoa and it might sound weird but is the most delicious thing, when you end your cocoa only to find a few pieces of cheese at the bottom that melt your mouth, I have no words it’s just perfect
