For example, yesterday they had to buy one get one burger code, by the time I got there at 4:45 PM. They said they stopped accepting the promo code at 4:30 PM due to high order volume. There was NO ONE in the store, but me, and they wouldn’t accept the code. This feels discriminatory.

Sounds good. Not so. I DESPISE pickles. Requested none. My husband loves them and I spoke his order first. Yes I got pickles. Food did sit a bit. When we went to reheat, I found them. I got rid of everything and started fresh. Definitely not a decent meal. Pickle taste and smell gets on even the meat. Unfortunately, I could not eat it. My husband enjoyed extra food.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
