  While the bagels from this company are always good, my experience ordering take out on 2/21was not the best. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes with only one register open. This was just after the lunch hour so not sure why only one person was taking orders. I did notice that most of the bagels were either out or not on display. I asked the person at the register to check on some types of bagels that I wanted to order. Some were and some were not in stock. When I finally received my order, I noticed that I received a cream cheese which I had not ordered. I asked if what I had been handed was my order and was told yes. I guess I should have checked further because when I got home, only two bagels out of 6 were correct! Since this place is some distance from me, I opted not to go back. Not sure if that would have accomplished anything. They were out of most of the bagels when I left. They also had 5-6 people working behind the scene and 2 out front. I have a hard time coming to terms on how this small an order could get this messed up!

  I tried to call ahead instead of wasting my time driving over for a question just to be told that they can’t fill a container with hot chocolate instead of coffee. Very disappointed

  On Mondays my wife loves ordering the bagels, the baker's dozen . She always uses the Einstein app on her phone to order ahead 📱. #Mondays #Wife #BakersDozen #EinsteinApp #OrderAhead This is the only Einstein in the area, so we have no choice but to go to this one. 🤷‍♀️ #Necessity #Location I must say the customer service is hit-and-miss. When she was finished talking to the patron in front of me she just walked off and didn't even bother to address why I was even there again 😠 #Patience #Frustration #Disregard. Again hit-and-miss and customer service. Our continued patronage is solely driven by the quality of your fresh bagels. The customer service experience, however, warrants immediate attention from management. But it sucks when you have a manager Lisa or Linda who won't even speak to you when you walk in or acknowledge you there. I give this location 2 outta 5 Stars
