I ordered a simple small "black" coffee, an old fashioned donut and a double chocolate donut at this location. Its not the first time this place has gotten my order wrong. It never fails when I order a coffee or a breakfast item that's NOT a donut, it's wrong, no matter what Dunkin I go to. The simple BLACK coffee I ordered today was sweetened! Not sure how or why and can't figure out how they don't know how to pour a plain black coffee. Doesn't seem that difficult. Today was my last visit there or any other Dunkin and I will tell everyone about this and my other bad experiences with Dunkin.

Very short and thinks she knows it at all. I tried to use part of a gift card that was on my app and when she scanned it, it disappeared, but she said oh no, you have to put that on your app. Well, it was gone, but when I got the receipt, it had taken it off the receipt and she couldn’t figure that out.Not sure why she has any workers actually working with her yet. I would’ve left a long time ago.Good luck.

I don't know if it's because the employees are slow or if the people through the drive-thru are ordering Mega items which they should go into the store for there should be a limit otherwise you sit for quite a long while for the drive-thru!!!
