The fact that there was no one infront of me or at the drive thru window and the employee had me waiting over 8 min without saying a single word, no one inside is ridiculous. This establishment continues to go down hill. A few months ago was stealing money and now this is not good. Either this establishment fixes there problems or they will loose customers quickly.

My toddler just wanted a French curler it’s 2:34 pm on 01/27/26 the female working the drive thru had not one customer in store not one in line and couldn’t even articulate what doughnuts were available. Just sat there in silence so we left. I will be contacting corporate. Last time I came here the female working tried to serve my mother decaf coffee when she asked for an iced coffee with a double shot then just stared at her like she was in the wrong when she corrected the employee. Period point blank working for Dunkin doughnuts is 100% not that hard of a job to have, shouldn’t be like this!
