  Uber eats it’s always good, when it comes to the service, drive through most of the time, it’s awful, horrible, shame.

  Every time I go there there is always a wait. Even if it's 6am on a weekday. I think I've only gotten my food and coffee q couple of times. I drive off and go somewhere most times. Save yourself the hassle. There are other Duncans in the area.

  This is the WORST Dunkin store I have ever experienced. Every. Single. Time. we order, nothing shows up correct. They just give you whatever they have. The drinks are never made correctly if you even receive them at all. Literally, 5 out of the last 6 times, they have failed. I will no longer waste money, time and emotions on this incompetent establishment.

  Incredibly putrid management— inconsistent food, and incompetent staff. This Dunkin is incapable of properly running the drive through or mobile orders. Despite being fast food— the wait times are typically around 20-30 minutes, and you’re almost certain to have your order messed up or be asked to pull ahead and wait in front of the drive through. This issue is quite unique to this specific Dunkin, to which it can be attributed to the manager. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she was as an older white woman. Whilst looking amongst the herd of confused staff, the one employee who was trying to be organized and get orders out, was ridiculed and cursed at by the manager, to the point where she became in tears. The manager had no concern, and was oblivious to her incompetence. She claims she knows how to run a Dunkin, and has no intention to do better. She in fact advises customers who want a better experience to travel to the Dunkin location in SE Cape. Truly laughable incompetence, and it’s sad because I like Dunkin and wish this location could be efficient and better managed.
