At 5:53 app said that food was delivered (it was Not ) I called store and was told that the driver drove past my house! And would bt there shortly. The person on the line didn't care and acted like I was no big deal. (Mind you I live 5 minutes away) ..So 8 minutes later pizza still haven't arrived. I called store again and was told that driver would be there any minute. Driver showed up while on the phone (he was very lost n confused and well couldn't speak English) pizza is very cold and none eatable. I told the person on the phone my pizza would be cold bcs it left the store soo long ago .. he's reply was "oh it want be cold it's in a bag" .. food left store at 5:40 and arrived at 6:10.. this store use to be Awsome unfortunately it's gone down hill.. very sad.. Please do better!

They leave you standing there like you're just another piece of furniture in the store, walking past you when you're asking them a question. You practically have to use sign language because they don't even open their lips. They give you the same pointless explanations... "that they don't know anything." If they don't know how to serve and respond to the public, they should do something else. I wish they'd hire better staff, because this garbage doesn't deserve to be called customer service.

I've always been a loyal Domino's customer, but today that's about to change. I've often had issues with some orders, but nothing that would make me lose my patience. Things happen eventually. My wife and I tried to redeem coupons, but for some reason the order didn't go through. We didn't receive any emails, which seemed odd. The app even let us know the order would be delivered by a certain time. When we arrived, we found no desire from the staff to help us, no effort, and no concern for our attention. This store should be paying attention to its customers, not the crappy service we received today.
