  This place sucks , I've sat on the phone for 10 minutes trying to get ahold of someone , I then drive to the establishment to see there not even busy and opened 30 minutes ago it's 10:35 they open at 10. They are all goofing around , not doing there jobs, acting like children . This is ridiculous ive called the store for 10 minutes straight and know someone can hear it ,they have incredibly poor customer service , it's run by all teens and the food is always sloppy .

  Those stingy honey garlic chicken wings are 🔥The staff exercises the best in customer service and the manager creates a fun and relaxed atmosphere!

  I got a basic burger with special sauce, it was salty. The guys working were very courteous, customer service was fine. But the lobby was dirty. Finger prints on the glass, sprayed ketchup dried on the wall, smudges all over the counter.

  I've been here a few times. Every time the staff is rude. They are talking to each other but ignoring customers. Even while waiting on you they will laugh and joke around with the other staff and don't look you in the eyes or talk to you. The last time my bill came to nine something. I gave the girl a 20. She gave me back $20 in change. I could have had free food, but I'm honest.

  Nah nah nah, some of you guys are talking absolute nonsense! This afternoon team is amazing! Chloe even took the time to read out the menu for me since it's been a while since my last visit to a Checkers. That's already great customer service. But then I get a nice smile and quick food turnaround? And the iced tea was actually sweet!? 5 stars from a fast food place isn't all too common. Give Chloe a raise!
