  We had an amazing dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress, Darlene. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her positive attitude and warm personality immediately made us feel comfortable. Darlene knew the menu very well and gave great recommendations. She checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. Thanks to Darlene, our visit was not just a meal but a truly enjoyable experience. Outstanding service like hers makes all the difference. We would happily come back again and hope to be served by her in the future!

  Thank you to Manager Lori at Carrabba's Cape Coral for the fantastic customer service. She was knowledgeable and had a stellar personality. Her team members were phenomenal as well. My family and I will be back. The food was delicious! Thank you again Lori and Team!

  If you’re visiting Carrabba’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Ralph. He’s our absolute favorite! We love his upbeat, cheerful energy, and we always have a blast chatting about our shared roots in Connecticut. We always order the Chicken Piccata, and Ralph ensures everything is served perfectly. He truly makes us feel like family.

  They are slipping badly IMO. We have gone a number of times in the past successfully. This time the very young host was kinda dismissive after we said we'd prefer a whole booth not a half booth that he suggested. The place was pretty empty, it was an early dinner. He seated us at a full booth within a few feet of another couple. But said there was no waiter for that area... he'd send one. 10 minutes later no one ever came despite others being seated nearby and getting service. The walls and stalls, etc. need extensive cleaning and a refresh, getting dingy. We got up went to the host and told him we're leaving because no seems to GAS. He said ok... He could have cared less. Others got slightly involved and we asked to see the manager but no one really made any attempt to care. We left as waiting for the manager took too long and we saw the big picture. It's too bad. It looks like a sign that they are slipping permanently.

  We came here for the wine pairing dinner and everything was delicious! At first. Then the service started slipping and they walked past us without giving the third wine pairing, which we had to flag down our server to get. Finally, for dessert, I had requested a substitute since I have an egg allergy, which would be a scoop of ice cream, instead of delicious chocolate cake. Whatever, it’s a bit of disappointment but that happens because they can’t accommodate everyone. I never got my dessert though because they requested it but didn’t bring it out and I guess it just melted so I paid full price for a 5 course dinner and only got 4 courses. They didn’t have enough servers and food runners for the amount of turnout. Hopefully they plan better in the future.
