I can honestly say this is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.
The staff has a consistently terrible attitude. Even though this location is drive-thru only, they take an unreasonable amount of time, and they still manage to get the order wrong most of the time. There is little to no customer interaction — they just hand you the card reader to pay, then shove the items at you without saying a word, and in a very rude manner.
I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s always the same experience. There is usually a worker with braids at the window, and no matter the day or time, he is consistently unpleasant and disrespectful. It honestly makes the entire experience uncomfortable.
On top of that, the coffee tastes terrible.
Overall, this place needs serious improvement in both customer service and product quality. I would not recommend coming here at all.

I placed an order at this Dunkin' Donuts this morning for my kids; it is the best of the worst places I’ve ever visited. The service was terrible—we ordered avocado toast, but the bread wasn't actually toasted, and the iced protein drinks were just colored water. Good grief—and they handed me all the food directly into my hands, with no bags or anything.

Don’t even waste your time with this place drive thru only so if your in a work truck or van that’s too big for drive thru then your not allowed to get food or coffee here ridiculous , hope yall go out of business

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for a minute now since it’s on the way to work. I haven’t had any issues until recently when me and another person pulled up at the same time. Mind you it’s just us two, there’s no other customers at this time.
The other person got out of their car for their mobile order while i went through the drive thru since i didn’t have an order placed. I’ve waited at the speaker for about 20 minutes. I see the person walk around the corner to look inside the drive thru window since they haven’t gotten their order yet and they were also waiting for a couple of minutes. I ended up pulling forward at the window because I was on my way to work and I couldn’t wait any more longer.
As i pulled up to the window, i had to wait an extra 10min before someone finally showed up. This lady that has a german accent with red hair shows up doesn’t even apologize to me and right away in a stern/annoyed voice asked me what’s the name of the order. I’m already an anxious person as it is so I apologize and told her i don’t have an order, i’ve been waiting for a couple of minutes at the drive thru speaker. As i’m trying to tell her this. She immediately is trying to cut me off from talking not even wanting to listen to what i have to say, just asking me what do i want.
At this point i was ready to drive off and not give them my money but i couldn’t go anywhere else since i was on a time crunch so i ended up doing the order but never again will i come back here. I’ve had that lady take me before and her attitude is just disgusting no matter how nice you are. Dunkin fix your employees attitude because this made me feel like complete shit as a customer and truly makes me not want to give you any of my money. I’m sure other people can agree with this location

Just came from this location and am very upset. i was waiting in line in the drive-thru. The young man at the window was talking to what appeared to be friends. so after waiting at least 5 mins i beeped my horn. When i got to the window said 'did u beep' and i replied yes he said 'don't do that" to which i replied why not, he said just dont do it. as i drove away he said ' it's people like you' and shut the window in my face. I'm an elderly woman who goes to this drive thru everyday and cant believe a young man spoke to me like this. Igo to this drive thru everyday and never had a problem
