  FIND ANOTHER DUNKIN LOCATION TO BUY FROM!!! This place had the absolute worst customer service of a lifetime. My aunt and I heard about Dunkin's adorable "I do(ugh)" proposal doughnut box for national proposal day and I went on a hunt to find one. After stopping at two other locations, which unfortunately did not have any more boxes for sale, we come across this Dunkin location as our third try. Upon walking into the store we see a young girl towards the back of the counter of whom looks at us, makes no facial expression or attempt at a welcome, before turning back around as if we did not enter at all. Paying no mind my aunt and I walk up to the counter and take a look at the doughnut selection and menu. At this point, there is not a single employee insight and upon waiting about 3 minutes I began to joke of the need for a service bell. Finally, the young girl emerges from the back followed by a man past his 30's. Again we were not recognized by either of them until my aunt spoke up to propose the question about our box hunt. The young girl stared at us for what felt like a minute and then turned and left to the back. Once the man was done taking a drive through order we ask him the same question and he tells us he has no idea what we are talking about. My aunt showed him a photo and explained a little to him meanwhile the girl is still somewhere in the back. After coming back out the girl barely opens her mouth and just stares at the man. It was all very awkward and confusing. The employees did not even act like they knew how to work there.... Once the girl was done standing and staring at the man they both walked into the back and were "looking" for the proposal box for probably 5 minutes. We waited patiently and decided on what we wanted to order until the emerged again giggling to each other. Finally the man comes over to us and says that he doesn't know what we are talking about and that we was going to make a call. Meanwhile the girl is standing at the counter with her back to us doing absolutely nothing which was very strange. The man walked away on the phone and my aunt and I were left even more confused than before. We finally decided we were just going to order some food and try our luck for the proposal box somewhere else. My aunt spoke up to the girl to ask her if one of the doughnuts had cream filling. The girl turned around to us, stared at us and finally mumbled that she didn't know. Why does an employee not know a simple answer about a menu item? Even so if she was new, why didn't she ask someone or try to further help us? Upon that we find the man who was supposed to be calling to help us with our box hunt was now back at the window acting as if we had never gave him a request. The girl pulled a doughnut out of the box and tried to hand it to us.... We were oddly confused as to what was happening all together in this place. After both decided to pretend we were not standing at the counter we decided to leave. Overall extremely disappointed in the customer service, awareness, and lack of care from these employees. I am sure some nice people work here but I would never go to this location in fear of coming across either one of these two again. Why work at a place if you can't help or aren't even willing to help your customers?! At least act like you want to make a sale and please your buyers. After going to a fourth final Dunkin location we did secure a box and we were very happy with the kid there who helped us! He was communicative and personable. I hope Dunkin takes into consideration who they hire a little more carefully.

  It’s 12:27pm on February 14,2026. The fact that there was no one infront of me or at the drive thru window and the employee had me waiting over 8 min without saying a single word, no one inside is ridiculous. This establishment continues to go down hill. A few months ago was stealing money and now this is not good. Either this establishment fixes there problems or they will loose customers quickly.

  Came to this Dunkin because the other del prado lactation is trash. My toddler just wanted a French curler it’s 2:34 pm on 01/27/26 the female working the drive thru had not one customer in store not one in line and couldn’t even articulate what doughnuts were available. Just sat there in silence so we left. I will be contacting corporate. Last time I came here the female working tried to serve my mother decaf coffee when she asked for an iced coffee with a double shot then just stared at her like she was in the wrong when she corrected the employee. Period point blank working for Dunkin doughnuts is 100% not that hard of a job to have, shouldn’t be like this!
