He really made our visit there very pleasant. It was nice to have that kind of customer service back at that Dunkin' Donuts. We will be back . Thx Giovanni.

The way this team kills and rivers the shift is a testament not only to themselves and their own work ethic, but that of their manager, Epson (I believe), who is ALWAYS uplifting and helping each staff member when I’m there. As a manager in the restaurant industry myself, these are the people you want to keep around!
