  Incredibly putrid management— inconsistent food, and incompetent staff. This Dunkin is incapable of properly running the drive through or mobile orders. Despite being fast food— the wait times are typically around 20-30 minutes, and you’re almost certain to have your order messed up or be asked to pull ahead and wait in front of the drive through. This issue is quite unique to this specific Dunkin, to which it can be attributed to the manager. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she was as an older white woman. Whilst looking amongst the herd of confused staff, the one employee who was trying to be organized and get orders out, was ridiculed and cursed at by the manager, to the point where she became in tears. The manager had no concern, and was oblivious to her incompetence. She claims she knows how to run a Dunkin, and has no intention to do better. She in fact advises customers who want a better experience to travel to the Dunkin location in SE Cape. Truly laughable incompetence, and it’s sad because I like Dunkin and wish this location could be efficient and better managed.

  I sat in the drive thru for 10 min . 1/2 the customers just leave as the service and speed is soooooo slow. Go to the location on pine island and experience the rapid efficiency … this ccpkwy location need a deep dive on proper staffing levels.. its so painful to see..
