  Terrible customer service, blows you off when you ask what’s going on with your order, no sense of hygiene when in contact with food. Never coming back here.

  Manager doesn’t have a clue how to do inventory. Every time I come, they are always out of something, how can you run a chipotle without meat or fajita veggies? I would’ve been more satisfied with nasty Taco Bell. At least they can keep their stores stocked with ingredients and supplies.

  Place is ALWAYS dirty. Tables have food scattered everywhere. No workers wipe the tables. This is the second time we’ve went there at 7pm and there is no chicken to be served. They should be more prepared for a dinner rush. 8 workers and they all sit around talking to each other rather than being prepared for customers. This place sucks. Going down hill fast.

  TERRIBLE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Im waiting in line while they do my boyfriend’s burrito and I looked down at my feet and there was a GERMAN ROACH right next to me I squashed it and for some reason decided to still order because I was so hungry. The lady bagging our food tried charging us extra for someone else's queso, thankfully I noticed before we paid. We got in the car to eat and the chips were soggy, greasy, and undercooked. We went back in to exchange chips and the cook gave us fresh ones. WRONG they were exactly the same so all the chips are done terribly. Don't come here unless you want to examine every bite hoping there’s not a nasty bug in it. I couldn’t finish it, we’re going to Taco Bell. They would never.

  Bad… my girlfriend and I came here for dinner and we saw a roach right at the front counter, we knew we should have left but I had already started to order, we also got some chips and they were severely undercooked and soggy, I’m truly disgusted, this is probably the worst place in Cape Coral.
