  This is the worst buffalo wild wings that I’ve been I literally live five minutes away, and I prefer to drive to somewhere else. I was waiting more than 15 minutes to be seated then when I was finally seat I had to wait more than 10 Minutes for someone to help me and literally they were under 10 Customer So I left because I was not gonna wait more for someone to come and help him this is insane.

  We ordered 2 burgers with sides, Nachos, wings & sodas. Food was cold on arrival. Sides were missing or super small portions. Paid for condiment sides were also missing. Burgers were over done & dry. Nachos were dry! Mostly dry chips and little toppings. Wings were ridiculously small. The only thing correct were our sodas. I spent $90. It was unappealing, unappealing & super unsatisfying. Probably won't order take-out from here again. Not a good value or good quality. Im not sure if it's new staff- or they just don't care about the quality of food they send out.

  Never in my life have I left a bad review, especially for a restaurant because I myself work in food service. But my experience was so bad that I feel like I had to. I went for lunch with my grandmother and it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come up front to seat us. When we were eventually seated, we AGAIN waited nearly 10 minutes again for someone to come over to get a drink order. No one ever checked on us, no one asked if the food was ok, we couldn’t even get silverware. I got the sampler and they had my order wrong and I only got two of the four things I ordered. The batter on my fried pickles WAS RAW. I couldn’t even get my server to have a manager come to the table to get what I actually ordered and to fix my fried pickles. I wasted $50 on lunch that could’ve been used elsewhere on food that was ACTUALLY WHAT I ORDERED and food that wasn’t RAW. I am never going to come back here. I used to come here multiple times a month… Never again.

  Every time we come here hoping it’s gonna be different than that last time and keep giving it more tries because we love BWW but the food is always cold (boneless wings are cooked and ready too soon before bone-in, so boneless are always cold) service is meh. I wish this location was good.
