  Our dinner was wonderful, but Kimmy was absolutely amazing! She checked on us constantly, made sure our drinks were always full, and really took the time to make sure we loved everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. GIVE HER A PROMOTION we are coming back because of her

  The food was decent - not spectacular and the fish was slightly overcooked. We were right next to the kitchen so not great ambiance and a little loud for someone with hearing aids to hold a conversation. Buuuttt, the service was great. Chelsey was attentive but not intrusive. She had everything right there when we needed it. Thanks!

  We made a visit to your establishment on Monday March 23rd with some friends who raved about your food and drink specials. I can tell you that we were very impressed. The food and drinks were delicious and Kellsie our server was outstanding. So much so that we are returning on Monday March 30th with another couple who haven't been to your restaurant yet. We made a reservation and requested Kellsie to once again be our server. I have also recommended your restaurant to a few other friends. Keep up the good work. BTW.... the Crispy Cauliflower on your menu is absolutely amazing.

  My husband and I decided to give it a try. We hesitated to go in when we saw that the parking lot was empty, but we went in anyway. We were assigned a table in less than two minutes. However, the downside was the service; after 10 minutes had passed, no one approached our table—even though there were only four occupied tables and three waiters were standing right in front of us, chatting. We decided to get up and leave, and it was as if they cared absolutely nothing about customer service. Not to mention that there was another customer's receipt on our table, and I tried to get the attention of one of the waitresses. I definitely do not recommend this place, nor do I wish to give it a second chance.

  Came to Bonefish for the first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Saw lots of mixed reviews, but decided to try it out. The place looked exceptional, staff greeted us and excoriated us to our seating. (We had reservations). Our server Taylor was prompt and pleasant immediately. She explained the specials, and took our drink order. My wife is particular on her cosmopolitan drink. Once she got it, she remarked it was one of the best she can remember having. We place our food order, it came out quickly. The presentation was very nice and the food was very delicious. Our server Taylor kept checking to make sure if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. (She was not a nuisance, but friendly & fun to talk to). My wife & I kept remarking, we have lived in Punta Gorda for 20 years and have never been here. We will definitely be back with some friends. I give it a two enthusiastic thumbs up!!
