    I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences at this Subway outlet, and I felt it truly deserved recognition. I was visiting the US from India to go to the Kennedy Space Center, and after spending the entire day out, I found myself in a difficult situation late at night. My phone had completely run out of charge, and to make matters worse, my international roaming had expired. I was far away from my hotel, with no way to call an Uber or reach anyone - essentially stranded while waiting for a rocket launch. That’s when two incredible people at this Subway stepped in to help me. Asher, along with another kind lady working there, went completely above and beyond what anyone would expect. Asher generously shared his personal Wi-Fi hotspot so I could reactivate my international roaming, and the lady allowed me to use her charger so I could get my phone back up and running. Not only that, they let me sit peacefully and safely in the store until my phone was charged and I was ready to head out for the launch. In a moment of real stress and uncertainty, their kindness made all the difference. This wasn’t just good service, it was genuine human empathy. Huge kudos to both of them for stepping up and helping a complete stranger in a critical situation. I’ll always remember this gesture. 🙏

    Well, after we sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes without being informed that it didn't work, we had to go inside. Aside from the bathroom being disgusting neither of the employees were wearing hair nets. After we asked for multi grain bread we were informed that they had none. Aside from not having the right kind of bread they were almost out of many toppings, and gave a scant amount of tomatoes. The lady serving us was also unfriendly and even tried conversing with others around us as we were still ordering.

    Apparently the drive through doesn't work. No sign, no warning, or anything. Sat there AFTER PLACING MY ORDER (on the screen that works fine, btw) for several minutes before someone FINALLY came to the window and told me that the drive thru didn't work and I have to come in to order. THEY ARE ALSO OUT OF ANYTHING BUT WHITE BREAD!!! Makes no sense. Why wouldn't you put an out of order sign on a drive thru ordering screen that appears to work just fine.

    Came over the other day. Order a sandwich bag of chips and a drink when I went to pay for it and I paid with my phone. It automatically added a five dollar tip without me. Touching nothing or doing nothing at all automatic five dollar Tip.
