The food prep area was a mess, meat and toppings all over the place. The guy had not even started the order. He fixed an order that wasn't my sister's. I called her and she sent me proof of the order and that ir was paid for. He still refused to do it without. I expressed my opinion and he refused to service me. I yruly believe the young man is a racist.T My sister was charged twice for a sandwich she never got. Corporate will be notified.

The open sign is lit up and the workers inside look at door and act like they don't see me. That's lame it's not like it was 9:55 it was 9:40 and there sign is lit up open. Guess it's just this new generations work ethic.
