  If I could give a 0 on all I would. Go through drive thru. Have to repeat myself about 5 times, still didn’t understand me. She wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying. Then when we get to the window it takes 10 minutes for someone to greet us. When she finally does greet us she is very spacey. Still had to ask me what I ordered at the window and had to repeat myself another 5 times. Finally got my food and it wasn’t even right.

  The other day I went and wanted to order inside. I stood there for a few minutes and nobody would help me. There was a manager with glasses and a ponytail that kept walking right past me. Then a worker named symone came and took my order and was very kind. She made sure I got everything on my order and very quick.. thanks symone!!!!

  Just paid $8+ for an apple pecan salad (drive through) and got to work and realized I just paid for a bowl of lettuce, apples and blue cheese-not one piece of grilled chicken! No I couldn't take it back. Called them and let them not. Have to come up with an alternative for food when I'm stuck at work...

  The sandwich was close to disgusting. Brown lettuce thrown on top of dried out fried chicken. My sandwich was floating in mayo while my wife's was dry.

  I had an online order tonight that had about 4 drinks with it, however, the drive-thru worker handed me the cup coaster which as I was sitting that coaster down in my passenger seat (I drive a 2 door Mini Cooper), the bottom of the already soaked cup coaster gave out completely to which a Large Coke that I ordered spilled out everywhere in my passenger seat. I appreciate that the worker was willing to replace the Large Coke that spilled over for me. I just wish the store or whoever prepared the drinks had put another cup holder under to support the wet one, or would have noticed that the one the drinks were carried out with was soaked to the point where it’s coming apart before the drinks were handed over. Not only did I have to pay 37$ for a small amount of food intended to feed just 2 people, but now I’m going to have to pay 50-60$ to have my car detailed, in addition. Nice 😑
